windows xp does not install ANY dialler by 'default' when you first set up windows there are NO diallers installed you need to add one..........if you have your dailler setup for your isp and there is another one in the system it's very possibly a bit of nasty spyware which has crept in and is dialling some international number and costing you maybe $20 per minute to be online !!! goto controlpanel/network options and clik into that then right clik and delete which ever dialler you DONT want |
