| 405237 | 2005-11-18 07:07:00 | Are you trying to install it from the windowsupdate site, or did you download KB898461 and then run it? This is from a windowsupdate newsgroup. Click Start, and then click Run. In the Open box, type %windir%\windowsupdate.log and then click OK. Scroll down towards the bottom for the latest entries to locate the error code(s) associated with the latest failed attempt to download/install.
