| 405554 | 2005-11-21 09:43:00 | She managed to load AVG anti-virus down after a titanic battle - she had to keep her finger on the 'enter' key in order to do so - and eventually ran it successfully. The program identified that her computer had two trojans, a worm ('Fatso/A'), and a virus. Her computer is now clean and properly protected. Apparently her son had been to a couple of music sites and communicating on MSN Messenger. While she did have Norton running on her machine, she has learned the value and wisdom of constantly updating her anti-virus program, which is now, as indicated above, AVG. Again, folks, thanks for all your help. |

| 405555 | 2005-11-21 10:00:00 | there is nothing wrong with communicating on msn messenger, just watch out what files you receive, most of the time its fine. this is just like how some of the useless/dumass techs blame kazaa for everything......."oh your dvd drive is faulty, it must be from kazaa installed on your pc" | Prescott (11) | ||
