| 405759 | 2005-11-20 07:32:00 | Never heard of being able to do that, and when I want to put a pic online, I use the url that the site gives me. LIke I store all my photos at photobucket.com and they give you the url or img src addy. Hope this helps you. ie, the url for one pic of mine is <img src="img.photobucket.com alt="Image hosted by Photobucket.com"> and I know that won't come up as normal, cos it usually would just show the pic. |

| 405761 | 2005-11-20 07:38:00 | URL = Uniform Resource Locator.............. (resource in this case may mean the image you wish to upload) could possibly mean where on your hard drive. Is this where your image is located ?, does "it" have a browse button, if so use that to locate the image then if there is an upload buttton click on that. |

| 405765 | 2005-11-20 09:38:00 | A url is an address, this sites url or address is www.pressf1.co.nz. Its just a location of something stored on the internet, If you have a pic you want to display ona forum it has to be somehwere on the internet, and by typing in the url it will be displayed on the forum. If its on your comp you will have to upload it to the internet, which will give it a url, as an example right click any picture on any page and select properties, On one of those smilies for example I get this. pressf1.pcworld.co.nz If i typed that into my browser address bar just the smilie would be displayed. |
