| 406271 | 2005-11-22 00:50:00 | Are there any good alternative/replacement programs to windows explorer (preferably free) something similar to midnight commander (only mouse driven) where i can have 2 panes/folders open at the same time (currently have 2 win explorer windows open and transfer between them) and yes i have tried google, but was overcome with choice, and well some seemed to good to be true, or seemed a little suspect, so I'd prefer to go on someones recommendation - (good excuse for laziness :p ) Cheers edit Total commander and ExplorerXP are the 2 I have seen and am most leaning towards total commander has the two panes whereas explorerXP uses tabs and seems less cluttered |
