No aggression meant. :cool: ;) :D Cheers :) Not 100% sure what you mean, but you can't force all browsers to hide the address bar permanently. :p People can only watch it being streamed. I no its almost impossible to stop people from being able to download a streamed video, but I can sure enough make it alot harder for them. I think you may have missed the difference between imbedding a video and streaming one. They are very different. When you imbed a video file in a page the visitor basically downloads it (when they watch it the content is downloaded and stored in their browser's cache). However, when you stream content it is like watching television. True, with the right software you can record a stream, but in general use people can't easily "download" the video content. Obviously you would need the appropriate streaming software installed on your server (ie. QuickTime Server or the Real or Media Player equivalents). I have got it sorted now anyway, I have disabled right clicking to stop people from easily viewing the souce codeIt's a good idea, but remember that it won't have any effect on those not using Internet Explorer (it might work in FireFox as well, but I'm not 100% sure) |
