You get 512MB of RAM in the latest model, a 1.2 GHZ processor (probably as good as your Pentium 2 or 3) plus I think 60GB of hard disk space. To add to that it has 3 USB ports for your webcams, printers etc. Just as good as your ordinary PC but more portable and very durable. I read a report by a guy who used a VAIO while doing some war reporting in Afghanistan and found that even though he dripped kebab sauce on his cover and insects crawled inside the computer and slept in the components the VAIO still worked fine. A computer you can thrash (not completely) but still have perform like a desktop. | Albert (482) | ||
