| 406848 | 2005-11-23 20:09:00 | I recently reformatted, reinstalled Xp, everything going fine apart from one annoying feature, the auto hide for the taskbar will not work no matter what I do. I have ticked "Hide inactive icons" in properties for taskbar. Nothing I do seems to make any difference. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. | Dozo (9293) | ||

| 406851 | 2005-11-24 00:17:00 | Thanks for the suggestions, but I have done all that and still nothing happens. Normally there is an arrow on the lefthand side of the taskbar, that is not there and I presume "Hide Inactive Icons" won't work until the arrow appears. |

| 406852 | 2005-11-24 03:55:00 | Are any of the icons actually "inactive"? Try changing the systray icons to always hide for each of them and see if the tray arrow appears. | Jen (38) | ||
