407432 2005-11-25 09:44:00 Cicero can you post an image with better dpi as .tiff if possible. Scan the photo again at higher resolution save as .tiff or .bmp.
I did it as a tiff but it came out as a Giff,is that alright?

407435 2005-11-25 09:53:00 Well, you never said that, And you can't go too far down that road without ruining the image.

I just concentrated of removing the damage, Was quite proud of my effort, Took less then a minute..... :horrified

407438 2005-11-25 10:06:00 I have had a go with photoshp CS and couldnt get it as good as that,so go on,admit it,you do this for a living, apart from banging computers together. ;) Cicero (40)
407439 2005-11-25 10:10:00 If you could scan at 600 dpi that will allow the image to be doubled in size, the first .jpg was only 1x1.5 inch although the dpi was 300. Gif is for the net and is not the best to start with if you want to print in the end. If you can do a tiff the file size will be larger but that is the idea to have as much original info as possible and not a compromise as in jpg. zqwerty (97)

To be honest i can't really tell how any of those look, My Projector is set up colour wise for movies and games, and the pic when viewed is about 3.5 foot high.....Not the best envoirment for photo editing....

407441 2005-11-25 10:32:00 Problem is,I convert to a tiff,but photobucket converts to a smaller do dah.
