| 408230 | 2005-11-28 00:36:00 | Hey guys all the help i can get is appreciated. Ok im in ventrilo a out side talk thing for a game or whatever. My mic is wrokin fine. Once i load a game up it goes fuzzy and noone can understand what im saying. If anybody knows how to fix or knows what the problem is plz reply. | 408232 | 2005-11-28 01:28:00 | I've tried 2 other on this computer same thing. Sooo guessing its not the headset. Its the one that came with battlefield 2. And it gets trigered by counter strike source and F.E.A.R and a few others. Well hope that does anything.. Plzz help |

| 408238 | 2005-11-29 09:14:00 | See if you can get another micrphone, try this and see if you get the same results. If not, it's the microphone. If so, your sound card has problems. Check the driver of your sound card and adjust accordingly to see if this helps. Otherwise you need to replace your sound card, it is faulty probably and also your if you online game beware if your connection is only dial-up, you do get a great deal of distortion in the use of microphone as the bit rate is low. | Albert (482) | ||
| 408239 | 2005-11-29 13:33:00 | Alright I have tried to use differnet mics same thing happens. I moved the sound card donw a slot in the tower same thing. I hav bell sympatico high speed so im guessing it not disortion. But somebody said there was somthin with sound rates or somthin he wasnt quite sure and neither am I. I might just try buying another sound card if that doesnt work i hav no idea. Also i tried to find the driver update and couldnt find the serail number on the soundblasetr live site.
