407881 2005-11-27 10:58:00 My most intuitive guess as to what I would do is network the two with a run-of-the-mill ethernet crossover cable. I'd probably enable sharing on the Windows PC then connect to it from the Mac by (from the finder menu) going to Go -> Connect to Server and entering smb://<windows ip address>/<share name>. Then just copy paste done.

Alternatively the mac os x terminal provides a split command. To use this open the terminal and enter split -b <number of megabytes>m <filename>, so as an example "split -b 2048m video.mp4" would split my video into exactly 2GB files.

To join the files back together the windows copy command will do nicely. Use the command copy /b <file1>+<file2>+<file3> <finalfile>, e.g. "copy /b file.aaa+file.aab+file.aac video.mp4" should join three files nicely together.
