| 408340 | 2005-11-27 20:07:00 | Hello, Hope you can help, have a freind who formatted and reinstalled xp which unfortunatly didnt have the driver for the modem. hewlett packard have suggested 3 drivers so far, which havn't worked, I have searched the HP web site, and used google, still cant find one. trouble is, I dont really have a name for the driver, and was hoping someone here, may be using either a HP 4500 note book, or a 4523ap and maybe can let me know name and version number of the driver required? Much appreciated, Robby |

| 408341 | 2005-11-27 21:02:00 | Try a online chat (welcome.hp.com), they have drivers for nearly everything, even if it's not on their website. They will ask for the serial number, then track down the driver for you. | Rob99 (151) | ||
