| 408592 | 2005-11-29 03:40:00 | errrrrrrrrrr...if you are not sure how then just do this: open up the spreadsheet......then hold alt and clik 'prntscrn' key......then open up paint and clik edit/paste.....that should give you your pic.....you can go from there......save as .jpg it's smaller for emailing |

| 408595 | 2005-11-29 07:07:00 | works perfectly saves mucking round with screenshots Thanks, but when I did as you suggested, the whole spreadsheet (with heaps of columns of statistics) was sent along with the chart. Using the print screen key with the chart itself selected and then opening it in 'Paint Shop Pro', saving it as jpg, worked perfectly. I wonder how the chart can be sent as an attachment in an email? |

| 408596 | 2005-11-29 07:14:00 | I always do it by pasting it as a bitmap into Word (paste special) and send it as a .doc file. Otherwise it can carry all the workings behind it. |
