I saw an article on a similar problem in windows explorer, which was attributed to problems associated with the right mouse button assignments (possibly a conflict between different programmes that have a right click menu). The fix was to edit various registry keys. The problem is which ones? |

My comments related to the latter, but on re-reading the post and your response its just not clear. In Windows explorer it should work, but not if viewing the files from within Word itself. |
