408531	2005-11-29 06:00:00	Hi! I have a strage problem....I definately need your help to fix it. Power was not coming to my motherboard so I gave to servicing and got it back. Since, then it started behaving strangely...though it shows cmos settings wrong, i am proceeding with F2 key. The problem is "Lan card is not recognized" which is onboard. 408532	2005-11-29 06:19:00	Sounds like u have to go into the BIOS, and reconfigure it. Including the LAN. It'll be disabled. You have to re-enable it. Then save the BIOS settings, and reboot.	Speedy Gonzales (78)

408534	2005-11-29 06:48:00	Did you save the BIOS settings?? If u did, the BIOS maybe stuffed . Turn the power off, open the case, and remove the CMOS battery on the motherboard . Put it back in after, like a minute . Then put it back in . And reconfigure the BIOS again . If it still doesnt save the settings, the battery may need replacing . If the battery needs replacing, go to a watch shop, or something like this, and ask for a motherboard CMOS battery (or something like this), that has CR2032 on it . . . 408536	2005-11-29 08:14:00	Don't fiddle with it, just take it back to whoever serviced it and tell them it doesn't work properly. If you play with it, they will probably say it is something you did. Just tell them the LAN card isn't working any more and leave it to them to fix. You should not have to pay anything more unless they can show that some other part has failed, be it the MB or whatever. Sometimes, the display comes and sometimes only lights blinks but no display . sometimes, suddenly it restarts or stops working and start blinking the cpu light . Thatswhen, I formated and insalled all drivers . Since then it is working ok with the error saying "CMOS Settings Wrong" And, I don't see any ? mark in device manager .
