That way if you do screw it up you will not lose a lot of money on dead expensive paperweights. Then when you got the hang of it, you can work on the new one. |

The thermaltake Tsunami is a good case - made of aluminium, looks good & isn't too expensive. The Kandalf is also a nice case, but like the Lan Li case I like, it is over $400. | Greven (91) | ||
| 409636 | 2005-12-06 01:00:00 | Thanks, I'm starting to like the look of the Thermaltake Tsunami more and more, so I think that's what I'll go for. I assume it has adequate fans/ventilation? bob_doe_nz thanks for the suggestion, I had thought about this, however I am reasonably confident and will be using and antistatic pad with help on hand, if I am having difficulty. |

| 409638 | 2005-12-06 05:02:00 | Its obsolete. The replacement is the Soprano. Ok thanks for that, most places still sell the Tsunami and it seems to have good reviews, but I also like the similar look of the Soprano. Is there much difference between the two? |

| 409639 | 2005-12-06 05:53:00 | Its obsolete. The replacement is the Soprano. I call bull**** - the Soprano is the economy version of the Tsunami. It is made of plastic and steel. The Tsunami is almost all aluminium. |

| 409643 | 2005-12-07 18:12:00 | I call bull**** - the Soprano is the economy version of the Tsunami. It is made of plastic and steel. The Tsunami is almost all aluminium. No it isn't. Its aluminium. It has plain fans not a coloured one like the Tsunami. Also the tool-less arrangement is slightly different in the Soprano. Better in my opinion. The Soparano ships with a PSU - the Tsuanmi didn't. Thats about it. I have built several of both. |
