409903 2005-12-04 00:37:00 It's a bit difficult to answer, without knowing what programme you are using to do the copy.

A "copy" from one disk to another should "never" lose information.:D A "move" between disks will do the copy then delete the source. That's always a bad idea ... the destination should always be checked first. If you are using a "CD like a floppy" be very careful.

409904 2005-12-04 01:58:00 this is becase windows makes a file with the thumbnails of the pictures in the folder
when moving it to the disk this file will give you the warning just click yes.

go into my documents, tools menu, folder options, view, tick do not cache thumbnails
