410302	2005-12-05 03:43:00	Have you got ccleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com) ? If you havent download it, then run it, and then go to tools/uninstall. Then click on save as text file. Copy and paste the programs in add/remove programs here. We'll see whats in add/remove programs. Or go to add/remove programs, and take a snapshot (prt scr on the keyboard), and paste it into a graphics program. Then upload it here (imagef1.net.nz) (reply in the forum, with the link to the pic). 410304	2005-12-05 04:05:00	Hmm those entries look ok to me . I would uninstall both versions of Java . And get the latest here ( . java . com/en/download/index . jsp" target="_blank">www . java . com) I would uninstall Cleancache, and Cachepal, coz ccleaner does the same thing . What you could do is, if the folder for The Matrix, is still in program files, delete it, then run ccleaner, and click on issues/scan for issues, and it'll remove the entries etc for Matrix in the registry etc . BUT I dont think you'll need this . BUT if you do get Version 2, DON'T uninstall version 1 . 1 . I found this out . 410307	2009-02-24 19:03:00	I have this same problem - this time with Rome Total War and the Alexander Add on. Can anyone help me to determine how to fix this?
