410370 2005-12-05 02:43:00 A whole bunch of registry cleaners swamps the market.
Do you think anyone is better than good old free ccleaner?
I tried registry mechanic for a while, but found that it made so many delete proposals that I got uncertain.

What do you think

Cheers

410372 2005-12-05 02:51:00 Personally I've found the best one is Regedit and the delete button on the keyboard. pctek (84)

410374 2005-12-05 03:10:00 Yup ccleaner's registry cleaner works fine here.

A few of the other programs can bring up valid entries, and if u delete them you're screwed! It can, and will kill your system.
