| 410280 | 2005-12-05 03:13:00 | I've been having trouble all day and after a phone call to Paradise Help Desk we figured out that I was using the Clear DNS servers which aren't working properly at the moment. The router had automatically assigned them instead of paradise ones, so I went into my router settings and input the paradise ones manually and now everything is working great. primary: 203.96.152.4 secondary: 203.96.152.12 See if that lets you do some surfing. |

That system of theirs must be the most hopeless of any I’ve encountered in businesses big or small. Even bursting into Anglo Saxon failed to produce an operator. For those interested, if you get fed up with the stupid questions a burst of Anglo Saxon four lettered words will normally get you an operator. I’m told it’s set up to do this! :D |
