| 409925 | 2005-12-04 05:42:00 | I have xp sp2 installed & updated ect. The network connection drops out whenever it wants with no warning. The system needs restarting before it'll go again. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the network driver, crapcleanered it, adawared it, no adwared it, file fragmentation is 1%, regeditxp shows nothing, looked in the events viewer & nothing I can find. Any ideas? |

| 409927 | 2005-12-04 07:57:00 | Hmmm, more details required. When did this problem start to befall your computer? Did you recently install something that resulted this mishap? Do you have a firewall on your computer? You didn't mention anything about antivirus; did you perform any AV scan? What is the model / serial-number of your network card? Cheers :) |

And try doing a repair install of XP if all else fails. That'll fix it. So long as you're sure all the malware is gone. |
