For those who haven't read this sort of stuff.
(P.S. You should read the Lot text further on...it gets even better but I can't post the rest, it would be considered too filthy)

1381395 2014-08-11 03:17:00 Well, depends how you look at it, his pics are his, the texts are real.
Explains a lot doesn't it.

1381396 2014-08-11 07:34:00 It's in the book. ;) R2x1 (4628)
1381397 2014-08-11 10:05:00 I'm glad I'm not religious, it must be very complicated Agent_24 (57)

Not really.
Just pick out the text that suits your personal bias's & pretend the other text isnt there .
Then label anyone who disagrees with you a heathen & persecute them. :)

Wot a lot of plop you got pctek!

Anyone who reads those misinterpretations of bible texts as true should be ashamed.

Uhuh. You can read the stuff yourself in that book.
Interpretations?'

Lot offers daughters.
Lot leaves, wife is killed by god because she looked back and god disapproves.
Lot then has kids with daughters.
God approves.

It's stuffed full of things like that, how is that interpretations???

That's the thing with religion, when it gets to the awkward bits, they don't mention it ta all, stopping before it gets nasty and then raving about how the tiny bit they read shows X, Y.Z...whatever they bang on about.
Any direct question about those bits leads to twaddle about "interpreting".

Shall we be more direct then?
Why is it 99% of bible people ignore the list of rules in Leviticus then? Do not do:

1.
2.
3.
etc....pretty clear to me. But of course most never mention it at all.
But then trying to inject logic to the religiously brainwashed is about as useful as discussing quantum physics with the cat.

1381401 2014-08-12 01:22:00 I think discussing quantum physics with a cat is probably more useful... Agent_24 (57)
1381402 2014-08-12 04:58:00 Cats, physics, and quantii are verifiable. For the other stuff, faith is the useful bit. R2x1 (4628)
