A fine slogan for nats this election.

Suits them.

Here's a quote from the Herald article:

The Labour Party is today releasing correspondence from the National Party, dated 2011, which confirms that at least one of its staff were involved in infiltrating the Labour Party's website.

So where's the issue? This apparently was correspondence from the Nats to Labour confirming an infiltration had taken place.

We don't know the context of the correspondence or the extent of the infiltration, all we know it's 3 years old and seemingly not serious enough to cause Labour to take the moral high ground at the time.

Why did it take them so long to react?

1381743 2014-08-16 04:31:00 Why did it take them so long to react? Its election time again, if either party can throw a bit of mud in the hope it sticks they will. :) wainuitech (129)

So if someone is pack raped or murdered, if the perpetrator is not caught within three years they should get away scott free? How does that lessen the braking of the law? The Law is still broken . As far as I know there is no statute of limitations in New Zealand . Please correct me if I am wrong .

You really are clutching at straws to make a point, aren't you.

Do you think the law should be ignored?

I'm glad we are in agreement... Perhaps we can go a couple more steps together...

1. Nobody is above the law.. (including Prime ministers)
2. Those commit crime should be held accountable (including Prime ministers)

These are more like basic human values than straws me thinks.

All the best...

1381748 2014-08-16 06:09:00 And making selective use of stolen emails to produce a book of unsubstantiated claims of wrongdoing is quite OK?

Both the left and the right will do whatever they can to get votes. It is in my view rather naive to go on about it. Not long now and life will return to normal.
