| 1381729 | 2014-08-15 20:43:00 | How can entering a website which is open be "hacking"? Plus this all happened back in 2011 and was publicly discussed at the time. "Open" is the wrong word, more like finding a backdoor vulnerability that gave access to directories and files not intended for the public, like membership data base with peoples credit card details. Then there is the intent of making use of that data for political ends.......maybe all fair in love and war :) It would be analogous to someone finding the backdoor open to a public building, wandering through the offices, opening filing cabinets and extracting private or commercially sensitive data. |

| 1381736 | 2014-08-16 01:06:00 | :)John's not going to be around for ever,we will get a milder version with either Joyce or Collins I think that Ms Collins is the most dangerous person in the National Party. I think she has something on JK so he will not criticize her in any way. Dotcom is wasting his time by fighting extradition in the courts. Collins will decide on his fate, she already has! JK and Collins should be moved to the back benches. |

| 1381737 | 2014-08-16 02:30:00 | Slater admits accessing Labour Party website "I was certainly into the backend of the Labour Party's website, if they couldn't manage security of their website, their credit card details and financial information about their membership, well then they weren't really fit for government at the time." The book lists Labour Party logs which show there were three downloads, two from different IP addresses, and one from someone at National Party headquarters, who downloaded the database. Its OK John Says so... www.radionz.co.nz |

| 1381738 | 2014-08-16 02:45:00 | That seems a very clear breach of Section 252 (that has been publicly admitted) and one might think it would be very difficult to claim a "colour of right" (www.nbr.co.nz) defense. One would expect the police would be obliged to act if a complaint was laid... |
