410469 2005-12-05 22:57:00 Everything was working fine, however I plugged my camera into the computer and I got an error message from my PinePix Viewer program saying that an error in fsa04cb98.dll had occured and if it persists to restart. I have done this countless times and still the same error. I have unisnstalled and reinstalled but still the same. It's running on WinME.

Please help.

410470 2005-12-05 23:12:00 I would check the site, whoever makes the camera / software. They may have a FAQ somewhere. Or send them an email. Speedy Gonzales (78)
410471 2005-12-05 23:30:00 Finepix is FujiFilm.
Is it really nesscary to view images using the enclosed program?
Why not let windows access your memory card as a USB mass storage device and then set your pictures folder as thumbnail view?

I don ' t think that will work Speedy, here are two examples of Google translating from the Korean trouble shooting page: (I think it may be the trouble shooting page)

"[ }fsa{04}cb{98 (. DLL) elimination method ]
① It opens the inside computer and it is a FinePixViewer, su thol under one tu disk drive (most C drive) double it will grow, lik it does.
' The Program Files ' pawl it opens more, ' the FinePixViewer ' pawl it opens more.
' }fsa{04}cb{98 (. The DLL) ' file it will grow the piece mouth which rises, lik low shear ' elimination ' it selects.
④ After elimination completing PC re-department thing."

and this one:

"Confirmation it wishes a lower part fact.

(1) Directness it does not print the art dealer who is by the digital camera instead of printing after storing it wishes in the PC.
(2) The PC re-department thing test to print after.
(3) It re-is FinePixViewer, su thol test to print after.
It does with above together and continuously to the case where the problem will become the driver of the printer which it is using it re-is, su thol it wishes.

? It re-is of the printer driver, su thol the method to inquire in the printer maker which it uses"

Perhaps when uninstalling make sure that dll file has been deleted, and then remove all remaining traces of the FinePix software manually, including a registry clean. Then try re-installing. If it is still wonky, perhaps the Fuji installation CD is suspect.

No comfort I know, but I ' ve got that file on XP, and the FinePix viewer works ok.

410474 2005-12-06 03:56:00 Yup, thats a good idea .

Uninstall the viewer again thru add/remove programs .

(Dont delete the folder, like some people do, without uninstalling the program first) .

Then delete the folder in Program files, and find that annoying dll file, and delete it . Then run ccleaner and click on issues, scan for issues, and delete what appears .

Then install the Finepix viewer again, then see if it works properly .
