| 410980 | 2005-12-08 08:07:00 | Thanks, Billy T. Mine is a XH1169 DSE ADSL Router USB Interface. Did you try rebooting or turning your router off then on again? My XH1149 (previous model, just over 2 years old) started dropping about 2 months ago, every couple of days, although was still showing as connected, just no traffic would pass thru it. A reboot fixed it, generally, until two weeks ago when it died completely. No amount of swearing, hitting or general abuse would get it going. Had to buy a new one and had no more problems since. *If* a reboot cures it get it back to DSE quickly if still under 12 months old and say it's having problems, I was unable to swap mine as it was 'too old' :annoyed: |

| 410982 | 2005-12-08 08:17:00 | I had this problem intermittently through Xtra (seemed to go in cycles every few weeks), the only way around it was to reboot comp or restart router. Don't be too sure that the problem is at your end. There was another thread on here a few months ago and a lot of people were having the same problem although telecom initially denied it. | Shortcircuit (1666) | ||
