411276 2005-12-09 02:23:00 Hitting the shift key five times produces an offer to turn on sticky key.
Can anyone suggest a reason for anyone to want to use it?

411277 2005-12-09 02:45:00 So you dont have to hold the keys when doing key combinations, handy for the one armed man nextdoor with only one finger. Rob99 (151)
411278 2005-12-09 02:52:00 I accidently turned it one one day and it took me a few days to figger out what I had done to my puter...it made a big mess outta double letters and some sorta inability to type as fast as I want...

I find no value in it at all....

411280 2005-12-09 04:27:00 Let me count . . . well . . since I use the Columbus method of typing (Seek! And Ye Shall Find!), I guess I only count the fingers I actually use to type . . and that's two on my left hand and one on my right .

All this from a deci-digital person too!

I do not denegrate the use of sticky keys, it's just my opinion of it . . it messes things up for me . . that's all .
