| 411166 | 2005-12-08 20:59:00 | ype no problem...........just open outlook express up and then goto file/export/address book/comma seperated values.......then follow ya nose..... then having done that you'll have a .csv file which you can then import on the other pc...........file/import/other addy book/comma seperated values........ then to export your messages the best way is to goto ....... c:/windows/application data/outlook express and 'drill down' thru the next folders till you get a whole lot of .dbx files.......then right clik and drag to copy those into a new folder, say on the desktop......then transfer those folders by cd or usb key perhaps onto the new pc.....then open up outlook express then clik file/import/messages/outlook express 6/.......next..........then 'import from oe store directory.......and 'point' the system at your files you have copied from the old pc........ |
