I know WAP is a common format for sites targeted at cellphones, but why not just do it in HTML? Most phones have an XHTML browser these days. All you need to do is make sure the site looks nice on a small screen (160 x 128 and up). As for where to keep it, just buy a cheap shared hosting account (the amount of space and bandwidth needed for a site like this would only cost you about $20 per year) and store it there. :) |

goto http://tagtag.com on your mobile or pc, they have free wap hosting and a site creator wysiwyg type setup so if your not looking to do the coding then its extremly easy to do. |
