| 411689 | 2005-12-10 21:22:00 | I have just bought an Olympus FE110 digital camera. After I installed the software I tried to connect the USB cable from the camera to the USB port. I kept getting the following message "The software is unable to find an Olympic digital camera connected to a USB port on your computer." I have Windows 98SE. I rang the shop and they said it should be ok. for Windows 98. They told me to uninstall and reinstall the software again, which didn't help either. and I had no programs running while I was doing this. Still no results. Has anybody experienced the same problems? I would be very grateful for some help. |

| 411690 | 2005-12-10 21:28:00 | What does device manager show when/after you plug it in?? Any ? X, or !'s in device manager? Is there a switch / mode switch on the camera, to turn it on? |
