| 412687 | 2005-12-14 20:33:00 | I wanted to delete some of the files/folders from my HDD but access denied. Checked the properties and found that they are 'read only' . I'm unable to change the attributes of those files/folders. How do I get rid of those files/folders from my HDD? Cheers |

| 412688 | 2005-12-14 20:38:00 | What are the files? Are they files you created? Try deleting them in safe mode, if you created the files/folders. If they're programs that were installed. uninstall the program/s first. |

| 412690 | 2005-12-14 20:55:00 | Try deleting them in safe mode, and make sure none of the files are running, before you delete them. (If you're trying to delete them in normal XP). | Speedy Gonzales (78) | ||
