Also will i be able to play up to date games on high settings. | 412381 | 2005-12-13 18:27:00 | Its hard to what's a good deal in the UK, but that's about NZ$2400 ish (without looking it up). I would say the 15" LCD is way to small these days, even businesses are replacing here with 17" LCD. For home use I would go at least 17" preferably 19" especially if you are gaming (guessing from the video card). Not so sure about the video card either, it is not SM3.0 compliant which may bite you in the ass a bit later. I would go for a New generation ATI that is like a X1800XT or a Nividia 7800GT. I suspect if you price a 7800Gt it will be about the same anyway. And the last thing is 80 gig Hard drive?. The cost to go to a 120gig should be very small and well worth it. With games installs often hitting 4 gig, that 80gig drive will get used fairly fast. |
