413927 2005-12-19 09:35:00 I have looked through F A Q but have not been putting in the right words. Please advise me the correct way to clean an LCD screen as some where I thought I read that they are to be cleaned differently. olldaddy78 (6546)
413928 2005-12-19 10:13:00 example of a discussion on the methods (www.macosx.com). And this (jeremy.zawodny.com)

Pretty much:

Stay away from ammonia
Don't scratch the anti-glare coating (if any)
Be very gentle and find a good cloth that doesn't scratch

With CRTs any old glass cleaner would have done the trick.

People's version of the "right" way will surely follow... ;)

That stuff is awesome.

Just tried that on my LCD TFT screen. Does a good job. I received a free bottle when I bought my camera.
