| 413828 | 2005-12-19 00:32:00 | Hi, recently when installing some programmes a window pops up with; Internal error; Failed to expand shell folder constant "userfavorites". Click Retry, Ignore, or Abort. Some load ok if I click Ignore but a programme like XP Tools would not load at all. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome. Thanks. |

Did you install the "Document and Settings" folder to it's default location? You should see a "Favorites" folder under your login name. |
