| 413822 | 2005-12-19 00:16:00 | My niece [exchange student in Germany] has sent a personal video to her mother via a link in her email [outlook express]. The link took her mother to MSN which had a list of videos, but her video is not there. Is she not able to see it because of her security settings, or disabled script, etc in IE? OS is Win98SE. Should she even be in MSN? Is there another progam she can view it through? Is there a program or driver she needs to have on her computer? Any ideas or help will be much appreciated. This is all the info I can give at the moment as she has gone into town and I don't know when she will be coming home. Cheers |
