| 416521 | 2005-12-29 23:16:00 | I need some help. I just bought a NexxTech 4 in 1 Camera. It says, Digital Camera, Video Camera, Web Camera and USB Mass Storage. The catologue number is: 2512928 It says It is a webcam, but when I go on MSN and click on webcam settings, it says your computer does not detect a webcam. I hooked it up with the USB cable and put the mode on PC. I need help. Thanks. |

At the bottom of my screen a bubble comes up and it says "Hardware not found" so I click it and install the "New Hardware" thing. But then a message comes up and it says, "Problems can ocure right after, or later on in the futur. | 416528 | 2005-12-30 21:28:00 | Tends to indicate that its not compatable with XP (I have a webcam here that also will not work with XP, its not an uncommon issue) I can find nothing on Google that suggests its compatable with XP either. Nexxtech is just a rebrand, I believe. If you could find the real maker its possible that a driver that will work better may exist, but its likely to be somewhat troublesome at best I suspect, even if one is available. |
