416473 2005-12-29 20:55:00 We remove Hang Up After Sending and Receiving Option and works OK for a short period then we find this option gets ticked again for some unknown reason - also regularly Outlook Express Toolbar disappears and the tick alongside this option disappears also. Both can be easily remedied but the recurrance is a nuisance. Using Windows XP Home and Outlook Express 6. Does anyone have any ideas. tapram (9325)

No. Spybot PLUS a few other tools in addition. One anti-spyware is not enough.

416477 2005-12-30 20:43:00 Many thanks to those who responded. Further research suggests the problem was with Norton and a conflict between Norton Internet Security and Dial Up. Have disabled check of outward mail and made several other adjustments as suggested by Norton to someone else who had the same problem. Appears OK now but time will tell. tapram (9325)
