| 416410 | 2005-12-29 06:18:00 | I am having printing issues with two Windows 2000 Workstation. I have an Okipage 24 that is on the network & is also shared. I have 6 other workstations that can print without a problem. When I tried printing to the Okipage 24 as a shared printeron another PC it finds it okay but it keeps giving me a message that the print job failed. It does not give me an error. When I try printing to the Okipage 24 over the network it says that it is offline but I can open a browser and connect to the built-in print server in the printer. Any thoughts???? |

| 416411 | 2006-01-01 09:56:00 | 1 Make sure the printer is set to "online" on the clients that cannot print. 2 Delete the printer and reinstall 3 Delete printer and drivers and reinstall 4 Is the server restricting access to the printer for the affected clients? |
