1383190 2014-09-03 04:18:00 or food technicians here?

I'm a fiend for sour jelly sweets. I need the sour and associated sweet. I can't get enough from the usual store bought stuff.

The jelly sweets are just not sour enough.

Please does anybody have a recommendation?

So what is the sour component?

I do fabulous morning drinks made up of citric acid and bicarb... but I don't think that's the answer for my problem

I need someone or our friend renmoo to help. Please!

But thanks you and others. I'll get another cup/jar of acid next time I'm at the supa. It really is good and I bet it's the answer. Greg (193)

1383197 2014-09-04 05:23:00 You might want to try Tartaric Acid also (not the same as Cream of Tartar). Extra zingy! johcar (6283)
