| 1382829 | 2014-08-31 02:05:00 | Is there any decent launchers for Android 4.2.2 that has a simple layout and easy to use?? | QW. (15883) | ||
| 1382830 | 2014-08-31 03:28:00 | I use free version of smart launcher (talktech.info) (review), which auto groups apps, e.g. for games, internet, media, utilities, etc. Nice simple layout. The pro version includes widget support, and more customization. But I also use sub-launcher (play.google.com) (Play Store)) from the top menu bar within smart launcher for widgets, shortcuts, etc. You may want to install icon packs (www.makeuseof.com) (reviews for free ones) that you can use within Android launchers. |

Easy to use and customise. Just got to find a decent icon pack to change the default ones. |

One thing I have found I have two different apps but come with similar looking icons. Bit annoying when I open the wrong app, as it loads a lot of menus. Custom icons solve this by having larger bold colored icons for easy and quick selection. But I have found with action launcher pro, you can hide app groups (icon widgets and apps) behind a single app and several contact widgets behind a single contact. Known as shutters and covers. This hugely saves clutter on your pages (by swiping up the icon) and allows instant access for those apps and contacts. Though not strictly from a icon pack, but possibly a developer could develop a similar concept. |
