1382799 2014-08-31 00:48:00 However, it is part of the current spin to downplay the impact of "Dirty Politics" by claiming both sides are equally bad, as if this somehow means that the corruption on the right can't be all that bad if the left are doing it too.

But wait, we haven't seen the same revelations of dirt from the left in the same way as from the right. Does that mean the right are not as clever at digging it out ?

1382800 2014-08-31 00:55:00 National is like Slytherin, smug, self-satisfied, deceitful, fat, already rich businessmen still trying to get more money because that is what they have reduced their lives down to, arrogant, money-grubbing (opps, already said that, no matter, needs to be said over and over), imperious, assuming they know what is best for us all, greedy, and worst of all, right-wing capitalists who hate working people.

People like key and brownlie feel uneasy amongst workers because they know they have never done a decent days work, white, pasty and soft, I have been around brownlie in person for about a half hour and observed him even shaken his hand, what I say is true.

1382801 2014-08-31 01:00:00 Yes, we see that in this forum often. Along with puerile name calling taunts which best belong in the playground or irrational stubborness to recognise someone else's point of view - and right to have an opposing view.

:(
Isn't that just restating the description of our parliamentary system? Admittedly politicians are doing it professionally while we are just amateurs but the lack of principles is the same.

1382802 2014-08-31 05:24:00 NZ has has a run of excesses over the last 20 odd years. Each election rolls around and we are offered yet more bribes to vote in the leeches. In other words socialist ways to get our own money back, but at the cost of other hidden taxes, resulting in being even worse off than the year before.
My opinion is that it's time for a more conservative approach. If it weren't for our mate Winnie beginning to lose the plot, I would be looking towards his party this time around... but alas...

1382805 2014-08-31 08:03:00 It must be infuriating for rabidly enthusiastic right wingers, the more they flap the more they turn left :D :banana :devil
