1395526 2015-03-02 02:32:00 I have changed ISP's and reset the default email address to my new gmail one but if I reply to an email sent to my old address (we can still download them here but not upload) it defaults back to the old address to send.
How can I get rid of the send function of my old email address permantly?
iPad Air
Thanks

1395528 2015-03-02 02:43:00 If you reread what you wrote does it make sense

Maybe explain slightly better what your trying to do

Start with what mail client you're using. We aren't mind readers.

1395530 2015-03-02 04:02:00 Depends what you use to read your mail. If you use the Gmail web page to read your mail you can set it up to check both accounts and to send using Gmail. Windows live mail and windows 8's mail app can do that too. I'm sure there are plenty of others.
Or you could delete the outgoing settings in your mail client for that account so it won't work.

More info required, what device, what OS, what mail client ?
