| 417579 | 2006-01-03 01:15:00 | When I create a new message in Outlook Express it always shows a minimized window. I have to Maximize it manually each time. Can I set the default to open it in a Maximized window? I have rightcliked on the Icon at the bottom and tried that way but it says that I don't have the authorization. Please help. |
