418260 2006-01-04 21:44:00 As Quicken is no longer supported I'm thinking of changing to Money Manager for my personal finance Management. Is it easy to transfer existing data in Quicken 6 into MM?

Thanks.

I would suggest that this is not the place for such a question. Why not give MM a ring and ask them?

My idea of money management is to shift it from one pocket to another. Don't need help with that.

418262 2006-01-04 23:26:00 Which Money Manager program is this? Can't see anything like what you are referring to with a quick look on Google .

As far as I know Microsoft Money can import Quicken data .

418264 2006-01-05 03:57:00 Quicken is way better than Microsoft Money in my dealings with both.

Currently running Quicken 2005 personal plus.

The 2006 version is out either as an upgrade or stand alone.

With version 6 you could purchase the latest version them import your current data.
2004 was available as a trial version which I have here and that can also be used to step between versions if 2006 to V6 is a bit steep as far as the import goes. :2cents:

418265 2006-01-05 18:38:00 Stupid me - Money Manager is an ancient DOS programme, I meant MS Money, and the reason I didn't ask MS is - would I believe the answer? tylden (4262)
418266 2006-01-05 19:01:00 It states quite clearly on this page (www.microsoft.com) that MS Money will import Quicken data and from experience I know you can believe this. FoxyMX (5)
