| 417843 | 2006-01-05 06:03:00 | pctek i think you'll find that neither ATI or nVidia's current GPU's have been specifically designed to allow for more than one core per PCB. What ASUS (2x7800's) and Gigabyte (2x6800's) both did when they released cards with two cores on the one PCB was tweak the SLI interface to allow more than one core per PCB. Right. Not 2 cores on one PCB. Just more than one core per PCB. |
