when i download the new firmware for my usb woosh modem and then double click on the installation wizard(disconnected from net and all programs closed) it says click "NEXT" to have my modem detected etc and it says it'll take a few minutes. I wait 10 minutes and still nothing so i push ctrl alt del and it says the upgrade program is NOT responding. tried 3 more times, waited 10 minutes each time and nothing. tried it in safe mode and it still says NOT RESONDING after 10 minutes. Nothing it wrong with my modem and i can connect to the net fine, but i want to install the new firmware. Anyone know how I can upgrade the modem? i'm using Windows ME and it says the firm WILL work with windows ME. |
