| 419722 | 2006-01-10 05:46:00 | The cursor from my mouse is zipping around the screen by itself and and is largely uncontrollable. Was using a wireless ball mouse, but after cleaning there was no improvement. Am now using a wireless IR mouse, but still have the problem. All virus programmes are up to date and showing no problems. Any ideas of the cause? It is clearlt not the mouse itself. Al |

| 419724 | 2006-01-10 10:44:00 | check that the surface your mouse is on is one colour (preferably not too light) as patterns on mouse pads etc can really get to optical mice Also, if its wireless check for interference problems, try switching channels if possible and if there is a 'lock ID' button try that too. |
