| 419569 | 2006-01-09 20:36:00 | Hi, I am using: Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Service Pack 2 build 2600, and I have the following question: My Outlook is configured to check a few accounts, some of them are mailing lists with hundreds of emails waiting after a long weekend. I want to start the send/receive process but I don't want Outlook to check those accounts, only my main account because it will take forever and I don't have time for it now. How can I configure to "put on hold" the other accounts? I don't want to delete them, just not check them for now. Any ideas? Thanks. |

Or Tools/Options Mail Setup Tab Send/Receive Click on Edit and you can select whether you want to send or receive for a particular account. |
