I've recently installed a microphone onto my computer, but it will not work as it says that it cannot find a certain file, and that i am to install 'dvpSetup.exe' to get it to record. There is no software with the microphone. The microphone on my headset will not work either so it is not a technical problem with the microphone itself. I am using Windows XP Pro (SP2) version with a built in 5.1 sound card on a Gigabyte Motherboard. Any help would be welcomed |

Thanks for the link. I followed the instructions, but it's still not working. My hardware acceleration was set to full, and i did move it down to about halfway to see if it would work, but it didn't. |
