420640 2006-01-13 04:10:00 i have a 9800xt and after a year and a half of use it started having corrupted graphic problems.like weird lines and missing texture type stuff.at first it only happened in games every once in awhile.but over time it got worse and worse.and now it does it even at desktop.when i uninstall display driver i get no corruption problems.i thought the fan was broke maby so i ordered the arctic cat 3 and it still is corrupted.i posted this on here a bunch of times but none can seem to find my problem out for me.

Well maybe now's a good time to see if there is a known problem with this mobo on the Abit Site.... I can't see anything here (www.abit-usa.com) that suggests a possible problem, but you never know.

What have you done so far to try and resolve the problem?

Is the card overclocked? Was it ever overclocked if so what was the overclock and what are the stock speed settings for the card?

The more info you provide the easier it will be for us to help you.

cheers

Hmmm yeah, this is most likely your problem... in which case there is probably very little you can do to get the card working.

Unfortunately you may have to replace the card.
